i don't know but i think the woman in the second picture looks like Debra Messing, but she's not, it just looks like her. anyway, i edited the pictures to go for this specific kind of look, and God knows what it's called.

And THAT's a red head? Isn't a person with brownish hair called a brunette? I always imagined red heads to be more like Rayne.
